Global Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the region
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement effective pricing and promotional strategies
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics
  • To plan, lead, execute and monitor effectiveness of sales strategy and promotion plans by seeking new opportunity to expand

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 6 years of sales experience in Telco
  • Aggressive and target driven
  • Exposure in SEA, APAC Telco industry is an added advantageous
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Knowledge of the latest sales and marketing techniques and tools
  • Good written and spoken in Mandarin, Cantonese & English
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Preferably to START immediately, or within a short notice
