NOC Technical Support Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION  

  • Work in 7×24 NOC Team in shift rotation basis
  • Provide first level response to customer and follow escalation procedure when needed
  • Liaise with both internal & external parties in assist customer projects in daily operation
  • Maintain and operate SDN/SDWAN Portal to meet customer requirement
  • Maintain equipment inventory at up-to-date standard
  • Handle phone-in, email, instant message of support enquires in using our services
  • Monitoring corporate backbone network and proceed fault escalation accordingly

Core Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines. Fresh graduates with a passion for networking are welcome to apply
    Experience in UNIX/LINUX environment
  • Basic Networking knowledge in OSI model, IP Addressing and TCP/IP
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Candidates who are fluent in other languages are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Other languages : English, Cantonese, Bahasa
  • Email, or WeChat are required in daily communications
  • Certifications in CCNA, JNCIA, CompTIA, HCIA or equivalent will be an added advantage
  • Enthusiastic about new technology!
  • Preferably to START Immediately, or within a short notice
